Building Balanced Lives
The Building Balanced Lives Programme runs from Reception to Standard 4, with the Junior Primary children having a day out, and the Standard 4 children spending one or two night out at Tantebane Ranch, 40km from Francistown. The balance we are striving for is that between all dimensions of the human being – physical, emotional, social, mental, and spiritual.
The programme involves a variety of activities, catering for all the children’s needs. The children are encouraged to use their innate abilities, become more confident in voicing ideas and learning how strong they can be if they work as a team. They are all given opportunities to develop leadership skills and identify strengths in their class members that had previously gone unnoticed.
Preparation for High SchoolThe Preparation for High School Course offered to Standard Sevens and covers the five dimensions of the human being: Social, Emotional, Spiritual, Physical, and Mental. The course material is presented by members of the community who are experts in their particular field.
