Prom 2019 – A Winter Wonderland
This year Mrs Botha and her team brought a Winter Wonderland to our hot sweltering town of Francistown. The evening was a great success and thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. Clifton College’s very own “Burger & Chips” gave a spectacular performance that kept everyone on the dance-floor. Mrs Botha devoted some inspiring words to our Class of 2019:
To the class of 2019:
Remember that diversity is a source of strength. Support freedom of religion and freedom of culture. Find beauty in others differences instead of fear, listen instead of reacting and reach out instead of recoiling. Never lose sight of the values of human decency. Choose your own paths and shine into the future. Photos of the evening are posted on our Facebook page – https://www.facebook.com/pg/CliftonBW/photos/?tab=album&album_id=2600803456621798

Form 1 Trip to Kasane – Written By Anele Diepo (Form 1 Student)
We left for Kasane on the 7th of October 2019. We left early in the morning. We saw many animals on the way and they were the first of many to come since we were going on a game drive the next day. We were going to stay at Kwalape.
The game drive was both educational and enjoyable. We learned so many interesting facts about animals. We also saw more animals at the snake park.
The girls enjoyed the boat cruise because they took so many good pictures with the beautiful landscape. The highlight of the trip was the dinner at Chobe Safari Lodge. There was food galore and culinary dishes to fill our empty stomachs.
